Here's the best cross fading plug-in I've used for doing exactly what you want Betty: SqrSoft Advanced Crossfading 1.7 http://sqrsoft-advanced-crossfading.software.informer.com/1.7/ It is 100% accessible to JAWS too. Just install it and then enable it in Winamp's Output plug-ins listbox in Options. Works very well I must say. I don't believe this is a function of JAWS scripts. Rather, there is or used to be a plug in for Winamp to do this. Unfortunately, I don't recall them name or where to find/obtain the plug in.
