First, make sure your screen is maximized. As for the Jaws cursor, someone
that uses Windows 10 as their primary system will be able to answer better
than myself, but with my limited experience using Jaws with Windows 10 the

the first will act as an mms message where the second one is sms. use
area code plus the phone number.

You can get the senders email address doing the following:
1. With the email open, press, Alt + 1 on the number row, to make sure the
persons name is in the, From field.
2. If it's there press, Alt + 1, twice
