Hi.


Go to the sounds dialogue in control panel and set logitech h800 as 
default for the playback tab. May also have to do that on the recording tab.

I had to go into my sounds in control panel and I had to et it up that way.
I could not get it to work like a plug and play...

Logitech
If you are using the headset with the computer, just plug the USB dongle
into a USB port, and move the power switch on the headset all the way to the
top position.
There is no pairing so-to-speak, it should automatically connect.
Two different sounds should be heard.
