Hi, while working on the snmp-adaptor, I saw that when checking in a new file a tag $Revision:$ in the source got converted to $Revision$ after the commit had finished. I thought, this is a local problem (with eclipse 3.2rc1 / 3.1.x), but today I saw that a checkin from Scott (VirtualFile.java)

I'm seeing some strange behavior for cvs. If I delete a directory and try to update again (with cvs update -d -P), the directory doesn't come back. The directory is still in the Entries file. Everything comes down fine with a checkout and if I just remove files, they update correctly.

I set environment variable JAVA_OPTS=-Xmx128m, default is 64m. But build failed with similar error like yours, posted on the xdoclet-dev mailing list. There is a hint to increase available memory for ant using env ANT_OPTS. So I also set ANT_OPTS=-Xmx128m and build was successful now. Thanks
