Hmmm... I thought only the JBoss Group services were a for-profit
project, whereas the JBoss open source server was a non-profit project.
But maybe I am wrong in this distinction?

association with The JBoss Group. The problem is Sun won't let The
JBoss Group purchase access to the TDK like any other company.
