Hello, I've followed the instructions from https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Hosting+Plugins to try to release a jenkins plugin and found no permission to that repository. In that wiki https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Hosting+Plugins, should permissions be auto granted?
