In any case, "openshift-plugin" should be reserved for
https://github.com/openshift/jenkins-cloud-plugin (it's
artifactId=openshift). Probably "openshift-builder-plugin" would be a
convenient solution for the current functionality.
Are you going to extend the functionality beyond builders?

"Tools" might not be needed since the same functionality is available in
IDE and OpenShift web console without the term "tools". This plugin is very
similar to Heroku Plugin [1] which provides a similar functionally for the
Heroku platform.

If I click on the "RC" link, that actually takes me to
downloads that are very out of date. Please remove this "RC" link

The jenkins-cloud-plugin is bound to the internals of OpenShift engine and
allows the engine to provision slave nodes when a user enables Jenkins
functionality for his application. The slaves are used exclusively by the
Jenkins cartridge that runs on OpenShift and is not usable outside
I see, so it makes sense then...
I'm currently online via mobile only, so maybe someone else could fork this
repo?
