I just noticed to huge files in the apache folder.
Access.log , which is over 600MB and
Error.log which is over 100MB.
Can those files be safely deleted, (or delete and manually recreate) or
transferred to another server to analyze later.

Well, it seems like your libphp4 is for Apache 2 and you are using Apache 1.
