Not sure about subject of the thread. I recently posted to my diary
and #osm-ru about my refactoring of PicLayer plugin, and now posting
here to get any opinions/suggestions/comments.
At least everyone who tried to use PicLayer hated scale, move, rotate
actions that should allow any
Actually the question is whether anyone have any objections for such
big changes to one plugin. As I am not an author of PicLayer, I do not
feel to do such modification without consulting with anyone, and do
not feel OK to do a fork of the plugin, but I have possibility to do
that svn commit :)

Actually I had to remove all image transformation actions from the
plugin, so a) is not really applicable - if this code will be checked
in - all documentation should be rewritten, and usage will change a
lot. There is no back-compatibility with the current version of the
