Nobody to commit the 10.6 KB patch and allow the French contributors
to use again the cadastre ?

I was away in Scotland the whole week-start, so nothing from me. And I
also have a problem with the patch - theoretically it should use the new
sub-projection methods instead of again using these out-of-bounds checks
and related workarounds. I'm not happy with it, but I also see, that
sub-projections are not 100% finished as well.

So my logical reaction is also to delay it a bit, maybe problems will be
solved inbetween :-)

[josm-dev] New projection for JOSM

2009-10-20 Thread Pieren
Hi,

Could someone from the core team apply the following patch:
https://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/3737

adding a new projection required by the cadastre-fr plugin.
Since 10 days, the French cadastre WMS has changed the projection for
two third of the municipalities from the old Lambert 4 zones to a
new projection called Lambert Concic Conform 9 Zones. This patch
will allow me to publish a new version of the plugin to restore our
access to the WMS.

Thanks,
Pieren
