(1) Am expecting six missionary friends from abroad
(USA and Ghana )on the 23rd of march and they will be
in Nigeria till 4th April and during this period we
shall be running some Evangelization courses and so
plesae pray for their safe

When we think about Lenten fasting, what would be first coming up in our
mind, yes, ofcourse, will give up meat, milk, fish, egg for the season, isn't
it ? OR avoid a food for one time in a day, I think most probably next time
will eat double, to cover-up the previously avoided
