Hello José,
I ran into this problem myself and filed a bug with the packaging.
https://bugs.launchpad.net/juju-release-tools/+bug/1609437
While I still think this is a bug, I did find a work around which I put in
the bug for other people having this same problem. Hope that helps!

This should really be added to the docs about the automatic retry and how
to shut it off.
I created an issue and linked it to this discussion.

Can someone from core or more familiar with the feature document it for the
rest of us?

Curtis,
Did the level of Apache change recently on precise? I saw a problem with
web based charms on the power system because the version of apache2 changed
on trusty and web pages were not enabled properly. According to the logs
you are using precise, so it may not be the same thing, but
to the Juju documentation. The Juju community
already needs to know markdown for the README.md files in the charms, so it
makes sense to use the *same* format for the docs.

Hi Nate,
We used ReviewBoard at my last area and all the developers really liked the
tool. It was very easy to review, and comment on code.
ReviewBoard ( www.reviewboard.org ) allows in-line comments and according
to the web page works with Bazaar and Git.
I found the interface very clean and
