I'd been told that it worked by people who were supposedly using non-IQ SFP PICs to push/pop outer tags to terminate Q-in-Q vlans. Is vlan-map functionality perhaps seperate from configuring flexible/stacked tagging? As far as we have been able to determine, no. As soon as you want to do

Note that you need IQ or IQ2 GigE PICs to terminate stacked VLANs. I don't think you need IQ, IIRC anything modern (SFP-based GE's, 10GE, MX ports, etc) can do this. That is true for the MX ports, but not on regular M series PICs as far as I know. Have you gotten it to work? Steinar

According to jtac -- on regular M series you would need an IQ2 pic to make it work-- not in Mx series You need IQ2 if you want to do complicated tag operations like push or pop two VLAN tags (pop-pop, pop-swap, push-push, swap-push, swap-swap). If you just want to push or pop *one* VLAN tag

Take care, flexible-ethernet-services does not work with every PICs (10x 1GE, 1x10GE Xenpak don't support it for example). Same problem with the onboard (FIC) GigE on the M7i. All of this is documented, but it may be hard to find unless you look carefully. Steinar Haug, Nethelp consulting,

Guys Im working on testing of Metro Ethernet Solution and want to integrate it with Juniper M7i - Gig interface. The main implementation that is required to configure Q-in-Q (Stacked VLAN setup) over Juniper M7i with Gig Interface to aggregate MPLS VLANs and carry it to other PE. Scenario is
