the systray, kmail and nextcloud try to use that and
it does not work with the standard way i3 is using.

whenever I launch dolphin 18.04.2, it loses some UI settings. It is especially
weird, because when I start dolphin from scratch, i.e. `rm .config/dolphinrc &&
rm -rf .local/share/dolphin && dolphin`, it looks fine, e.g.

since recently, konsole has moved the window to input search patterns from a
bar at the bottom to a small window at the upper right. I find this very
unpleasant from a usability point of view. Usually you are focused on the very
bottom left of the terminal window, where the cursor is.
