It also happens when I change the font settings. In my case I switched the
title bar font, clicked on "Apply" and after a short workspace flickering the
task switcher is broken.

Thank you, with the directory structure the problem can be reproduced well
under Windows. The problem is clear, but can hardly be solved. JPG files are
only loaded by the QImage loader, Exiv2 cannot read metadata.

x-gvfs-hidden.
