Dolphin doesn't read any theme itself. I haven't looked at how any of this
works exactly, which is why I pointed you to the forums. AFAIK Qt itself uses

Yes, Shift+F10 could work. This way there would still be some keyboard-only way

or context menu triggering since 23.08, so this might be a Qt6 or KF6
