It's possible that there's something wrong with X, but Alberto's hint to
"force" panel to always be on screen in KDE settings made problem disappear for
me. So Plasma somehow must be aware which screen is

I played around a bit, installed older Qt, then reinstalled the newer one and
the problem disappeared. So it looks like it was Qt, moreover it could be a
problem with my installation it seems.

KPart is the module that's also used by Konsole, right?
I tried changing font in Konsole, the same way as described for Yakuake and it
