Update: After rebooting, the KRadio4 Icon showed up in the icon tray. However,
the button on the separate Play/Pause Icon(?) still doesn't

I gave up trying to remove the widget. After several restarts during the normal
course of usage and updates, the issue magically resolved itself. I could
