Hi Nate,
Yes I first reported that changing the keyboard shortcuts in Kuickshow were not
being remembered by the program upon restarting it.
So where can I find the source code for Kuickshow?

There should be a menu item somewhere in the app to let you customize
shortcuts, and you can click it and use the window that it opens to assign the
shortcuts to anything you want.

I discovered that F2 is set as the keyboard shortcut for two different actions.
Since this program is no longer being maintained, how do I go fixing this
problem?

I have since discovered that Kuickshow has listed F2 as the keyboard shortcut
for two different functions!
