OK, KWin is feature frozen, so the workaround for this issue becomes:
- Ship a KWin script to move all windows to primary monitor. Maybe have this

0x48 0xCF is IRETQ (return from interrupt) and it segfaults when run
even natively (not on V) on my Fedora 29 box. So I'm kinda surprised
