Remember that whole Macports package are compiled under BigSur 11.1 and last
Xcode. Only the binary compatibility backward to macOS 10.13.

Notes:
- there is no official PKG or DMG installer for Mariadb under macOS. Only
Windows and Linux are proposed. So we need to include Mariadb compiled with
Macports in the bundle, no other choice.

Mariadb is compiled with Macports and included in the PKG bundle. I finalize a
patch for the PKG creation bash script to fix all text files from mariadb
included in the bundles (script and config
