[krita] [Bug 407405] New: Pixel paint, Line Tool and Grid with 1px offset!
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=407405 Bug ID: 407405 Summary: Pixel paint, Line Tool and Grid with 1px offset! Product: krita Version: 4.1.7 Platform: Mint (Ubuntu based) OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Brush engines Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: o-di...@ya.ru Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 119965 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=119965&action=edit dancing pixels The Brush Tool and Grid cannot snap to the center of the pixel. This causes some problems when trying to draw pixel art. The basic problem with diagonal lines. If we use the Line Tool, we get an uneven line with artifacts (see attachment). Since our line can't bind exactly to the center of the pixel (or something else) — we get a 'dancing pixels'. 1. Take an empty layer 2. Take Line Tool and 'pixel1' brush with sharpness 3. Try to draw a couple of good diagonal lines -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[systemsettings] [Bug 407404] New: configure desktop causing plasma shell crash
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=407404 Bug ID: 407404 Summary: configure desktop causing plasma shell crash Product: systemsettings Version: unspecified Platform: Neon Packages OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: crash Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: brianabe...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 119964 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=119964&action=edit systemsettingscrashlog SUMMARY After updating my KDE Neon Git Unstable installation today, if i try to open "Configure desktop" the entire plasma shell crashes and goes black, with Konqi saying that it was a "Floating point exception" At the same time, most of the system settings modules crash, however they do not take down the whole Plasma shell. I think the same issue is causing both problems. I could not get a log for the plasma shell crash. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Click "Configure desktop" or open systemsettings and open a module such as workspace theme. 2. Observe shell crash for configure desktop (and it never opens), or observe systemsettings crashing from opening the workspace theme module (the modules never open before the crash). Both give floating point exception errors in Dr Konqi, however the configure desktop crash method does not offer any logs. OBSERVED RESULT Shell crashes when clicking "configure desktop", the settings menu never opens, and plasma shell doesn't always recover from the crash and requires restarting it manually. AND Systemsettings application crashes from clicking on some of it's modules such as Look and feel, Workspace theme, Colors, etc. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon Git Unstable with Linux 5.0.13-xanmod8 KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.80 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.58.0 Qt Version: 5.12.0 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
