[krita] [Bug 414352] Line width changes when resizing multiple vector shapes at once
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=414352 vanyossi changed: What|Removed |Added CC||ghe...@gmail.com --- Comment #4 from vanyossi --- It looks this bug is intentional from the log of commit b128126189b5b8f86902ec23311a9efb14f5c230 quoting the entire log text: -- commit b128126189b5b8f86902ec23311a9efb14f5c230 Author: Dmitry Kazakov , Fri Dec 30 12:51:37 2016 +0300 (6 years ago) Committer: Dmitry Kazakov , Fri Dec 30 12:51:37 2016 +0300 (6 years ago) Uniform Scaling mode means that your shape is not just "resized", but "transformed" using a uniform transformation. When you "resize" (uniform scaling disabled) a shape, you basically change its local width and height (even when the shape is rotated using some embedded transformation). Resizing can never shear or deform your shape, that is a resized rectangle will always stay rectangular. When you "uniform scale" a shape, you don't "resize" it, you apply a transformation to it. That is all the small elements of the shape like stroke, pattern and gradient will also become scaled. And if you apply a uniform scale transform in global mode to a rotated shape, then the shape will be scaled uniformly, and rectangle will become sheared. NOTE1: Non-uniform scaling mode is available only when *one* shape is selected. "Resizing" multiple shapes in a non-uniform way is just not possible. Therefore the checkbox becomes automatically disabled when you select multiple shapes. NOTE2: Groups do not support non-uniform "resizing" (see NOTE1). Technically, resizing of a group is just applying a common transformation on the top of the child shapes. Therefore, all the properties of the uniform scaling apply to this process. --- -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[krita] [Bug 398689] Image disappears when zooming in after scale transform
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398689 vanyossi changed: What|Removed |Added CC||ghe...@gmail.com --- Comment #24 from vanyossi --- I cannot reproduce the exact behaviour your are getting, Im testing on master (224b842). What I can reproduce is that upon activating zoom, some of the last tiles will not load, the tiles are not gone, just not displayed and saving in this state the data is not lost. Disabling Texture Buffer will make all tiles to be loaded, The tiles are correctly loaded in debug mode as the canvas takes more time to load each tile, so this bug was difficult to catch. For reference I'm on a M1 mac mini as well. About having the complete image disapear and loose data upon saving, that is a completely different bug and would need to be checked. [krita] [Bug 465499] Docs need screenshots
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=465499 vanyossi changed: What|Removed |Added CC||ghe...@gmail.com --- Comment #2 from vanyossi --- Yeah I think we can improve the amount of visual aids on the manual, but we need to come up with a procedure to keep the screenshots updated, since as you may noticed, a mismatch in krita versions will make the screenshots as good as nothing. As for the second comment about your missing Size properties, please go to https://krita-artists.org/ a community with like-minded people that can help you resolve all your doubts. There is no code in Krita to make the tool options disappear for some users, so the issue is most likely a very old Krita, or a user miss-understanding of the application interface/options, or something else. This is a bug tracker after all, and we can only handle one specific issue on each report. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=459066 vanyossi changed: What|Removed |Added Status|CONFIRMED |RESOLVED Resolution|--- |INTENTIONAL CC||ghe...@gmail.com --- Comment #2 from vanyossi --- This is intended. Let me explain Multibrush mirror, will mirror the brush location to the mirrored location on canvas, this does not rotate the brush tip neither copies the values from the brush, just moves the location of the stroke in canvas, effectively making more than one brush. https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_manual/tools/multibrush.html You can see this effect setting your brush tip dispersion as random brush tip or using another brush engine like spray brush. If you need pixel by pixel perfect mirror, you have to use the mirroring tools https://docs.krita.org/en/user_manual/mirror_tools.html as they work on the pixels drawn and not the location of the brush stroke. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=458485 vanyossi changed: What|Removed |Added Resolution|--- |WORKSFORME CC||ghe...@gmail.com Status|REPORTED|RESOLVED --- Comment #1 from vanyossi --- This may not be a bug in krita since it works on your other windows computers, however I could wild guess that one of your installed resources is locking the start of the program, or it may be the graphics driver, antivirus software, and many more things. With so little information we can't do much, however. For starters you can rename you krita resources folder (https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_manual/resource_management.html#resource-management) so krita creates a fresh one (you can also try refreshing configuration files https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration) and update krita, if it starts normally then it probably is one resource corrupted or one that we are not managing properly. To identify it you might need to add them one by one restarting krita after each resource is added. For further help please open a new thread in krita-artists (https://krita-artists.org/c/support/6) and reopen this bug report once you pinpoint what is causing the problem with steps to reproduce it. Otherwise there is little we can do. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

To check this I did this: Used a pixel "perfect" brush (Pixel Art Fill) at 1px size the pixel filled is correctly mirrored in all modes. However "Basic-5 Pixel" at 1px gives little variations. To me this is expected as each dab is a different brush. However I will look at the code tomorrow. Attached video shows coordinates are the same at the pixel coordinate level. Doing the same test without sharpness (using subpixel) will produce little differences. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Committed on 28/09/2022 at 22:29. Pushed by ivany into branch 'master'. Allow adding more than 1 blank keyframe Allows to add blank animation layers as the selection. I talked briefly with emmet about this and it could be a good addition for some workflow cases. However it needs a bit of UI testing, so before fixing the issues I need to test a bit if the change is indeed feels ok with the workflow design we have for animations. As it is now I think it needs polish, i.e. If the current layer is locked and the selection goes beyond more than one layer no blank layer is added. if current layer is no locked it will ad blank frames on non locked frames. Which is inconsistent. - [x] I confirmed this builds. - [ x] I confirmed Krita ran and the relevant functions work. - [ x] I tested the relevant unit tests and can confirm they are not broken. [krita] [Bug 445657] Loading 250 Frames performance problem and jump back/forward buttons doesn't seem to do ANYTHING
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=445657 vanyossi changed: What|Removed |Added CC||ghe...@gmail.com --- Comment #3 from vanyossi --- Im sorry but I cannot reproduce any of this issues. Frames load and playback as they should, remember we are loading the frames for animating, not for editing, so a lot more happens to prepare the pixel data to be composited. Notice that in my case I had no progressbar stuck at 99%. The buttons reported as not working work as expected, they are designed to help an animator to skip from keyframe to keyframe (they can work in 2's, 3's, etc): in your example the background layer had no keyframes, which makes the tool do nothing. krita (75bbbf6912b) SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS macOS: 12.0.1 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[krita] [Bug 445561] Krita 5 opens this PNG corrupted
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=445561 vanyossi changed: What|Removed |Added Status|REPORTED|CONFIRMED Ever confirmed|0 |1 --- Comment #3 from vanyossi --- Ok, the patch did not help as libpng is not the issue. After more testing and getting a kra behave like this I found the problem is that Krita on macos arm (Rosetta or native) 16bit integer colorspace rendering is broken. I remember reading the compiler is messing integer casting, I should check the code and see if this is the issue. Im setting to confirmed. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
