For example, when scanning a printout of the attached file "Original.pdf" with scan resolution 300 dpi, 600 dpi and 1200 dpi, obtaining the three attached files "300dpi.png", "600dpi.png" and "1200dpi.png" respectively, the result is good for 300 dpi and 1200 dpi but bad for 600 dpi. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

How to reproduce the bug: - click on the button "Scan"; - when the preview window appears, click on the button "Save"; - choose a directory and file name to where to save the scanned image but not adding an extension to the file name; - click on the button "Save"; - appears the error message "Failed to save image: No such file or directory" and the scanned image is not saved to the file. Workaround: when choosing the file name, add an extension to the file name.
