Actually this is not just a multi monitor issue, it also happens if I have just
one monitor enabled(it's just not as noticeable).

And I forgot to mention but I also adjusted the control panel to "scale to max
height" instead of "small", as well as only setting a shutdown action for the
Lockscreen/Logout Widget
