This bug and the original issue here is about mouse pointer speed changing on
reboot.
There are a lot of people coming here from other "marked as duplicate bugs"

This issue occurs for me when plugging/unplugging my dongle (viper ultimate,
it's not bluetooth, it's their lightspeed or whatever they call it) or using my
