Use the right monitor as primary, most applications will start on the left screen and window positions and sizes will not be remembered on the Primary screen. Also, this is not a phenomenon which happened with the last update (which added the feature of remembering those settings), but has always been the case, people just now expected it to work. Okay. Probably doesn't matter, but I have two taskbars. One on each screen showing only the applications that are on that screen. Also, the add attachment feature I think would make the picture unreadable if I tried to scale it down that much, so I used an external link.
