My all SSD and HDD partitions are correctly mounted on boot. When pluging in

The problem does not occur on my laptop running kde neon unstable.
My laptop has just one hard disk with 1 ntfs partition and 2 ext4 partitions.
NTFS partition is mounted on boot as expected.

There was a bug in old Plasma version but it was fixed long time ago. I also
can't confirm this bug. Mounting works fine on Manjaro Plasma 5.13.0 and KDE
Framework 5.47 as it was in previous version.

This bug is not fixed on Arch Linux running frameworks 5.44.
Only removable devices (pendrive, for example) are mounted on boot.
I have 3 ntfs partitions, none of them is mounted on boot.
