I know Plasma 6 is the main focus nowadays but the bug still affects Plasma 5
which is still shipped on Neon and upcoming Kubuntu 24.04 Plasma 5.27.11 and

With the Global Menu button on the window titlebar, LibreOffice's menus are
vanished.
