update: after some time there is no longer a problem , contacts are being
suggested in composer.
however I am now not sure if this is missing or not intended, but it was once
possible to launch new mail

workaround was to delete
~/.kde/share/apps/nepomuk/repository/main/data/virtuosobackend/soprano-virtuoso.trx
file from nepomuk folder. but that happened again and again.
