Hi Roland, another approach you might want to explore is the Kea DHCP-DDNS feature , so that you can configure Packer to use a FQDN, like ubuntu-server.yourdomain.com, instead of an IP address. On Sun, Dec 27, 2020 at 6:56 PM Roland Berger
