Windows or Windows. I downloaded the zip file anyway. Step 1 of the readme file
says Create a DOS disk, boot it, and run

I had the same problem on a T500 machine.
A Lenovo BIOS update solved the problem for me.
I started to play around with the sleep settings while connect to power,
battery, and closing the lid and as a workaround a logout before sending
it to sleep also works without a BIOS update.
