My configuration:
- Ubuntu 14.04, with all updates (3.13.0-36.63-generic 3.13.11.6)
- EliteBook 850 G1 connected to a HP ultraslim docking station 2013.
- 1 Dell 2209WA connected to the VGA port
This bug is missing log files that will aid in diagnosing the problem.
From a terminal window please run:
apport-collect 1376581
and then change the status of the bug to 'Confirmed'.
If, due to the nature of the issue you have encountered, you are unable
to run this command, please add a

1. I can only reproduce the bug about once a week on 3.13 kernel that is
running on ubuntu 14.04.
2. I was lazy and after reading patches and kernel stuff, I marked it as fixed

Okey so I tried to boot it in windows, and it would seem that the
hardware is in fact broken - the leds at the ethernet port are always
on, and it doesn't react when I'm plugging a cable into it. No freezes
in windows though. The driver should probably handle the situation more

Even if no bugs has been filed for lucid, I guess this should be fixed
there as well. A double disk failure in RAID-6 isn't very common, and
corruptions may not be easily detected. AFAICS the issue is also in the
lucid kernel, but then, it's just another 6 months before lucid is EOL

Issuing 'init 6' seems to kill processes and hung at blank screen. This
actually has started quite a while ago.. 1 year ago. Then I used to
notice this problem when hibernating with 's2disk' or 's2both' after
using computer for a while

My syslog is filling up with these errors and has been since I Installed Ubuntu

umm just forgot to mention.. When it turned into zombie (almost
dead) after attempt to hibernate I had to poweroff it manually with the
button. After powering it on again fresh OS used to boot instead of the
hibernated image (although uswsusp claimed image is saved at 100%). So I
