While checking wmi event codes I discovered that after pm-suspend and
resume wmi events are no longer sent. All wmi buttons stopped working
(except for volume buttons).

I own Dell Inspiron M5110 (Q15R). This laptop has no keyboard backlight, but
dell-laptop claims otherwise.
My syslog was getting spammed with Keyboard brightness level control not
supported as dell-laptop was trying to get/set backlight values.
In dell-laptop there is
1) Does this happen even with a clean libvirt install? I.e. install Ubuntu,
then install ubuntu-virt-server and see if the crashes happen on libvirtd
starting?
2) You could get a crashdump of this when it happens. This may let us know
which string is causing the oops and what led up to it.

Sadly I too am looking for some guidance on getting this modified driver
to compile in 15.04, though the list of errors has grown substantially.
Trying to install the raring toshiba-acpi-fix from @keks9n's PPA results
in some pretty scary messages:
