On my MacbookPro12,1 with Wily and Linux 4.2, by default the kernel
successfully suspends but then immediately resumes again. The problem
seems to be the XHCI controller causing spurious ACPI wakeups. After
disabling it using the following command:

Still a big issue.
We run a 14.04 Host on the bare-metal, with 14.04 guests. From my remote
Ubuntu 15.04 desktop the virt-manager windows are pretty useless.
Have tried various combinations of spice and VNC and graphics options in
the virt-manager guest configuration but it seems to make little

No matter in which way I disable it. Both ways of controlling wireless
work perfectly and consistently (contrary to some previous versions of

I am having a serious issue with ubuntu 14.04x64 I am having "Realtek
rt8188eu" WIFI usb Adapter. Ubuntu detects my wifi connections but the
problem is it fails to connect. It doesn’t connects at all..and
I tried the following:
