I have begun testing with kernels ranging from 4.2.0 to 4.4.0. After booting
4.2.0 kernel I was about to start bisecting - but while reading the wiki I
realized the touchpad two finger scrolling had stopped working again while on
kernel 4.2.0. Would it really be necessary to start

I tested this issue on Trusty with 3.13.0-81-generic kernel and it is solved,
ip injection works as expected.
It also works as expected on Wily with 4.2.0-32-generic kernel.
