I reinstalled the system. Now I have fresh install, system is up-to-date and the problem doesn't exist. Also I am not able to run apport-collect. I can provide more details on it... but I guess the problem is clear WHAT WAS DONE DURING PREVIOUS UPDATES REGARDING EXTRA EFI BOOT PARTITION. Please
