I have tried reverse bisecting but unfortunately the bug does not always appear in versions = 3.13.2. This makes it very hard and incredibly time consuming (for me at least) to conclusively determine which commit is the first one that solves the bug. As far as I am concerned, I'll leave it here.

By installing kernels using .deb packages I have learned that the issue is resolved between kernel 3.13.2 and 3.13.3. I will now try to reverse bisect the commits in between these kernel version (which I have never done before). As a side note, I could not test the issue in kernel 3.13.1; I got
