Ok,fixed by disabling the nvidia indicator.
But I think there is still a bit not smooth

Bios isn't the latest version.I don't know whether or bios cause the
'i2c_hid'.Also I don't want to upgrade it,I afraid that my computer
won't boot.
This is strange.Nvidia "GPU-Util" is not zero.But it seems using intel
card.So slow.
