Yes it seems that it is using too much CPU. However, running top shows that
Totem is only using about 25% to 30% CPU, so top does not detect too much CPU
usage. Also the CPU usage doesn't change much whether totem runs full screen or
in a window.

2) I recompiled the input-wacom-0.20.0 that worked for me in 13.10, from

didn't show a grub menu and I actually booted 3.13.0-24-generic
Not sure how that happened, but it actually appears that the issue has
gone away somehow. Could still be a race maybe?
