and use the latest driver 23.11.10.0, but the speed was still much lower

I have not shut my computer off for 1.5 years non stop due to this bug. Both
suspend to ram and hibernation freeze the kernel, leaving a backlit HDMI LCD
monitor with blinking cursor. Computer fans remain running, power light
remains steady, when should be blinking. Does not wake from this
SRU sent for 3.16 to the k-team mailing list. The fix for vivid will be
picked up when we rebase to 3.19.

Tested on v3.19-rc3-vivid and DKMS would not build the nvidia drivers
(see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nvidia-graphics-
drivers-331-updates/+bug/1268257). The same thing happened with a manual
dkms update. During reboot, Ubuntu segfaulted and the system had to be
hard power cycled.
