Sorry it has taken me sometime to get to this.
I started working towards finding a kernel that does not have my
problem. I must have been mistaken on what version I thought did not do
this. as every mainline or Ubuntu kernel from 3 up to 4.7 I have this
issue with. Some are worse then

point of view. Why would you need me to attach (or even see the) log
files to see that if you have for example; browser, Dotty, Dekko and
Settings open before you restart your phone or tablet. On start-up these

So, right now i am working with new (native ubuntu, 5.37) libbluetooth
and with bluez 5.27 downloaded from bluez.org, and there are no lags at
all, only disconnects. So i guess the reason for lags is in bluez
