I have fixed the issue by editing /etc/fstab file.
I have deleted entries of two disks that were used by WIndows OS from fstab and
the problem disappeared.

Trusty with the default Linux 3.13 kernel. After I had upgraded kernel to the

Guys, this is not a panic, it's history-daemon process that dereferences
a rouge pointer, it has nothing to do with the kernel - the kernel just
print out that your application dereferenced a rouge pointer.
