It appears some other people have reported similar problems with the
same RTL8723 bluetooth hardware in bug 1446239 and bug 1747421. However

1. The HPT is probably getting sized according to the maximum memory of
the guest, not the initial amount of memory. Since we haven't been given

i am having the same issue with Asus FX503v laptop, GTX1050. I am on
18.04 kernel 4.15.0.29. It was freezing whole computer up but adding
i8042.request into grub, freezing went away. It is still very sensitive

Thanks. It appears you have a Qualcomm/Atheros Bluetooth adapter
connected internally via USB.
The kernel has apparently found the adapter and loaded firmware for it.
However the kernel also has it set to disabled:
