I don't think we have ND 142 cluster in use, they have all been upgraded
to 144. So we only need the patch for ND 144.
This is not needed for 4.15. Ubuntu 16.04 is running older user-mode
drivers that don't cause problems.

Tested Ubuntu 18.04.03 LTS. There were no soft lockups. Only error
messages in journalctl, complaining about ivrs 4 and 5. Also booted a
live iso of MXLinux 18.3 with no issues as well. The new bios update
seems to do .. something.

Its the same symptom between the huge dumps and the later kdumps.
We opened with the huge dumps because thats what we had at the time, use the
kdumps if they are more consumable.

5.3.0-050300rc4-generic was slower to suspend but the same happens. The
laptop is suspended less than a second and just enough to see the fading
powerlight indicating sleep mode before it resumes.

after enabling that option, there were not many additional lines in dmesg.
Asking the debugfs was not possible due to kernel-lockdown.
