There was a problem I found a little while back with hooking up dock to
artful where gnome would crash. That was fixed recently, but I haven't seen
anything else either (both wd15 and tb16 with XPS 9350)

My system is nigh unusable now. If I disconnect the wireless, the system
becomes very unstable: sudo and gksu stops working, many programs don't
open and other problems.
I've attached the dmesg. Now it's at that very unstable state, if
something happens to wireless it will become very unstable.

screen, a perfect snapshot is produced, suggesting the frame buffer is
OK and the problem lies elsewhere.
