The issue goes away after a reboot, then comes back randomly. It could come
back on the same day, or take a month, it's impossible to detect a pattern.

Same problems with 5.11rc4 - seems like linux kernel issue when dm-crypt used.
I suspect because of best performance. But in my case, and probably most GUI
users, disk performance isn't most important.
