kernel didn't reproduce the issue.
You're running 5.4.0-71 there. Have you been able to reproduce this
using either 5.4.0-73 or 5.4.0-74 (the
Dexuan - given the upshot of your conversation with upstream I'm marking
this bug as invalid.

the system and "modprobe amdgpu". I have tested 2 cases: 1) not logged
to X; 2) logged to X

I have been using kernel 5.11.0-17-generic and "echo 0 | sudo tee
/sys/bus/pci/devices/\:58\:00.0/d3cold_allowed" just after boot. Now I have
