I was able to install win10 to affected laptop after HDD erase. I booted to systemrescuecd using PXE, found right UUID of EFI partition and re- create it with this UUID. Then I created directory "ubuntu" in EFI partition and installed rEFInd as pointed in comment #7. rEFInd was able to recognize
