Here are a few lines of the text as the computer goes to CLI in read only mode... All typed, so I could have a typo or three in there: These lines sort of repeat about 10 times with different reference numbers. Inode related mesages are repeated in different order in sets of 10 [19157,793122]

I think the SSD report looks clean. I'm thinking that maybe there is a way to store whatever happened and then go to read only?? maybe that way I can get a glimpse of what may be going on. I read about a similiar issue with Samsung drives, but none of the software there actually applies to patriot
